Magic diet is a rather
extreme diet to lose weight. There is a great food limitation and the amount of vitamins and
microelements is taken to minimum. That is why specialists do not advise to
repeat the diet more than once per month. However, the duration is short and
results are impressive.
REMEMBER: Magic Diet befits only
healthy women. It is forbidden for people with gastroenteric diseases and
for future or feedings mothers.
1-st Day
Breakfast - Soft boiled egg.
Dinner - 175g of non-fat curd and a cup of tea
without sugar.
Snack - The same as
dinner.
Supper - 200g of salad made of grated carrot, apples and celery root.
2-nd Day
Divide 1,5kg of fresh
pineapples into equal portions and eat during a day. You can drink herbal tea
with 1 tea-spoon of honey and mineral water as much as you want.
3-rd Day
Breakfast - A slice of fresh pineapple, 100g
of non-fat curd and a cup of tea with a lemon.
Dinner - A slice of pineapple, 100g of boiled chicken and a cup of tea
with lemon and honey.
Supper - A slice of pineapple, a slice of rye bread with hard cheese
and a cup tea with lemon and sugar.
Before going to sleep - Non-fat yoghurt and a cup tea with lemon
and honey.
Important points:
Drink not less than
1,5l of liquid per day when dieting.
Pineapples must be
necessarily ripe. Only such fruits contain enzymes which help the fats be
broken. That is why choosing the fruit pay attention to
the color (it should be goldish) and its pedicle (it must be easily
revolved).
Dietitians warn: don`t
abuse eating pineapples. Using them in great amount can cause allergic
reactions and disorders of digestion.
Weight loss newbies should
avoid physical activities when dieting. Others can continue their trainings.
