Cleansing Diet

Duration – 1 week.


Perpouse - cleaning the organism from toxins, stimulation of intestine work, vitamin addition and weight loss.


The ration contains all the necessary vitamins, minerals and  a lot of cellulose. Undigested fibres activate incineration of fats and purge the organism from the harmful products of matabolism.The cleansing diet also stabilizes  sugar level in blood. And of course, this cleansing diet will help you to lose fat.


A Rule: During a week drink no less than 2 litres of  liquid per day. Before going to sleep drink a glass of kefir, yoghurt or ryazhenka.

Forbidden products: fat meat; white bread and pastry; macaroni products and groats (except for oatmeal); fat whole milk, curd and yoghurt with additions; sugar and sweeties; alcohol.

Recommended products: lean meat; fish; all vegetables and fruits; oatmeal; unfat milk, yoghurt, curd and cheese; vegetable oil (corn, olive or sunflower).



1st Day


Breakfast: a half of grapefruit, sprinkled with cinnamon,  a slice of cheese, rye bread and a cup of tea with sweetener.
Dinner: a thick soup made of vegetables, boiled chicken breast (100g), a salad with couched wheat and carrot, dressed with corn oil and sesame seedes and a glass of plum juice.
Snack: shaked up cream from frozen fruits (70g) and a glass of organic yoghurt with 1 tea-spoon of honey.
Supper: oatmeal boiled with non-fat milk and mixed with dried or fresh fruits. A glass of kefir. 


2nd Day


Breakfast: fruit cream (kiwi, banana and raspberry) with organic yoghurt and one roll made of meal.
Dinner: weak beef broth with a cracker, salad (avocado, tomato, cucumber, leaves of lettuce with  lemon juice and olive oil), pepper stuffed with vegetables and one fresh peach.
Snack: a glass of herbal tea and a slice of rye bread.
Supper: fish baked pudding (100g), potatoes boiled in their jackets, boiled vegetable marrow with olive oil (100g), a slice of rye bread and a cup of tea with sweetener.


3rd Day


Breakfast: strawberry with sweetener (100g), two slices of bread with bran and fresh orange juice.
Dinner: chicken broth with rye bread, 2-3 boiled potatoes stuffed with tuna, curd and sweet corn, 2 fresh tomatoes and 5-6 fresh plums.
Snack: fresh fruit puree with organic yoghurt.
Supper: boiled chicken meat (100g), boiled brown rice (50g), salad made of fresh vegetables and a glass of warm milk.


4th Day

Breakfast: muesli (30g) with non-fat milk, one fresh fruit and a cup of coffee with sweetener.
Dinner: thick-soup with asparagus, chicken cutlet, a salad made of cabbage, one fresh cucumber and dressed with vegetable oil and lemon juice; one glass of apple juice.
Snack: brynza (50g) with fresh fruit salad.
Supper: corn squash with honey and sesame seeds, one piece of cheese and a glass of clabber. 


5th Day

Breakfast: a salad made of a pear, apple, banana and dressed with yoghurt, a small loaf of bread with bran and a cup of coffee with milk.
Dinner: vegetable ragout with  marrow, cauliflower, tomatoes and parsley, a roll made of meal and strawberry with non-fat milk.
Snack: a sandwich with rye bread, lettuce and pieces of avocado; one glass of orange juice.
Supper: 2-3 baked apples with organic yoghurt, a piece of brynza, a small loaf of rye bread and a cup of tea with sweetener.


6th Day

Breakfast: one toast with baked tomatoes and brynza strewed with celery or parsley and a cup of  tea with honey.
Dinner: fish soup with vegetables, rye bread, stewed beef liver (100g) with boiled beet garnish  and 1 glass of tomato juice.
Snack: muesli without sugar dressed with non-fat organic yoghurt.
Supper: stewed liver (150g), 2 boiled potatoes, 2 tomatoes and 1 glass of tomato juice.


7th Day

Breakfast: a piece of lenten ham, tomato and  pineapple (100g),  a roll made of meal and 1 glass of warm milk.
Dinner: vegetarian vegetable soup with non-fat sour cream, a roll made of meal, stewed fish (100g), a garnish with boiled haricot beans and leaves of lettuce; 2 apples.
Snack: one glass of fruit juice with a small loaf of rye bread.
Supper: boiled salmon (150g), a salad made of fresh cabbage and olives sprinkled with lemon-juice, a roll made of meal, kiwi and a cup of tea with sweetener.
