Weight Loss: 3 -
This diet is for people who cannot stand extreme and fanaticism. That is why they will never agree to take part in a long dietary marathon. They will also never agree to have a short exhausting dieting distance. They prefer a golden mean — 14-days diet. It allows to whip off superfluous weight not too quickly and not too slowly.
This diet is really moderate. There are no extreme food restrictions. That’s why you don`t have to starve.
Remember:
The main rule - a taboo to eat high-calorie products (adiposes, simple carbohydrates).
Drink 1,5 - 2 litres of liquid per
day. (Avoid fizzy water. Give preference to herbal tea and hips broth).
Use spicery or herbaceous
seasoning instead of salt.
Food must be warm. This
will improve food assimilation.
Days: 1, 5, 9, 13
and 14
Breakfast
125g of non-fat
curd, 100g of vegetable salad, 1 - 2 slices of rye-bread and a cup of tea or
coffee.
Dinner
A cup of lenten
soup, 3 table-spoons of boiled green peas, 150g of lean meat (beef, turkey) or
boiled liver.
Supper
100g of boiled
vegetables with 1 tea-spoon of vegetable oil, 100g of non-fat curd
and 1-2 pieces of branny bread.
Before sleep
1 -2 apples
(orange, pomegranate or grapefruit) and non-fat yoghurt with a short
shelf-life.
Days: 2, 6 and
10
Breakfast
A cup of green tea
or coffee with a hot sandwich (a piece of rye-bread with a very thin
layer of butter and a slice of apple and a slice of brynza; put this sandwich
into oven to have it a little bit baked).
Dinner
100g of
cabbage-apple salad, dressed with low-caloric mayonnaise or with a small amount
of vegetable oil; a cup of lenten red-beet soup (500 milliliters of water — 1
tea-spoon of vegetable oil) and150g of boiled poultry without skin.
Supper
150g of stewed
cabbage.
Before sleep
1 glass of
kefir.
Days: 3, 7 and 11
Breakfast
A cup of green tea
or coffee with a hot sandwich (a slice of bread with orange segment and a slice
of cheese).
Dinner
100g of salad (1 -
cabbage, oranges, bananas and apples without any dressing or 2 – 250g of the
finely cut cabbage and 50g of Korean carrot) and a cup of lenten shchi and
150g of the stewed fish.
Supper
Omelet made of two
eggs with cabbage cut into small pieces.
Before sleep
A large green apple
or an orange.
Days : 4, 8 and 12
Breakfast
A cup of green tea
or coffee with a hot sandwich (rye bread, raw cabbage and brynza).
Dinner
100g of fresh
shredded cabbage dressed with low-caloric mayonnaise, garlic and soy-bean
sauce; a cup of vegetable soup with processed cheese (50g of cheese on 1litre
of water) and 200g of curd baked pudding with greenery or cheese pancakes.
Supper
2 small
bananas or 100g of fruit salad with raisins and yoghurt.
Before sleep
200g of non-fat
yoghurt.
