1. Being extremely hungry we can overeat. That’s why you should eat slowly and thoroughly, thus you will get two times more sustenance.

2. Before your meal drink a glass of water to feel full more quickly. Moreover water helps to release your body from slags.
 
3. Your human organism would be grateful to you if you had meals a little at a time. Thus, food is processed by digestive juices much better.
 
4. Eating one meal a day is not healthy. Eat frequently and in small portions.
 
5. Have a meal always  at the same time.
            For example:  8.00 - breakfast
                                     11.00 - lunch
                                     14.50 - dinner
                                     17.00 -  afternoon snack
                                     19.00 - supper 


6. Between  meals it is enough  to eat any trifle an apple or a carrot. 

7. Eat breakfast by yourself,  share dinner with your friend, and give supper to your enemy. 

8. If you want to lose weight, use a small plate instead of a large one. Psychologists say that people subconsciously aspire to eat up everything they have on the plate. Thus, the size of our plates and dishes is not very important for our subconsciousness but the smaller they are the less we eat.  Buy SMALL plates and dishes!!!Dieticians consider, that it is a thick layer of oil and fat sausage that cause   overweight but not the bread itself.

9. Don’t want to grow fat? Eat rye bread. It is an excellent “brush” for intestine and it perfectly takes the slags out.

10. Eat fruit and vegetables every time you have a meal.carrot and squash

 
11. It is very useful to use dairy products before going to bed.
 
12. Cottage cheese takes cholesterol out of the body, helps to get over adiposity, heart and kidney illnesses.

13. It is not a secret that it is impossible to get rid of overweight without diets and physical training. Combine healthy eating with physical exercises.

14. Replace eating mayonnaise and ketchups by eating mustard. It contains only 4-10kcal in 1 table-spoon  and no fat!

15. The place of honour should have all citron fruit, especially pineapple. It split fats perfectly. Citrus-juice puts down your appetite.

16. Put into your pocket a kerchief moistened with essential oil of sweet orange, tangerine, lemon, mint, vanilla, green apple or lavender. It will bring your appetite down. Smell this kerchief whenever your have time during the day. Inhaling the vanilla aroma regularly will gradually help you to get rid of your passion for sweets.
