Asian Diet

Asian women do not exhaust themselves by dieting.  Why they are so slim and graceful?  We will try to betray their secret.

1-st day and 3-rd day

Breakfast — green tea and 100g of rice with 1 tea-spoon of soya sauce.
Dinner — 2 hard-boiled eggs. Salad made of sea kale and cucumber dressed with vegetable oil. A glass of tomato juice.
Snack — 2 cups of black tea (add 1/2 tea-spoon of ginger powder and 2 tea-spoons of honey into a teapot).
Supper —fried or boiled fish and one apple.
Advice:  Try to take this diet not as a trial but as a game.  Just imagine that you are on your summer vacation in Asia. To make it more realistic use chopsticks instead of spoons and forks.


2-nd  day and 4-th day

Breakfast — green tea and 50g tofu cheese.
Dinner — a big cup of rice mixed together with fish cut into slices and 3 big boiled carrots. Snack — 2 cups of tea with ginger and honey.
Supper — 200g  of boiled beef and 1 glass of defatted kefir.
Advice: Sometimes rice provokes constipation. To avoid this trouble add 1 table-spoon of vegetable oil into a boiled rice.


5-th day and 7-th day

Breakfast — green tea and 1 fresh grated carrot with 50g of non-fat yoghurt.
Dinner — 400g of boiled or fried fish and one glass of tomato juice.
Snack — 2 cups of black tea with ginger and honey.
Supper — fruit.
Advice: Always drink tea 10-15 minutes before your meal.


6-th day

Breakfast — see day 1 and day 3.
Snack — 2 cups of black tea with ginger and honey.
Dinner and supper – eat vegetables and fruit but the total amount of calories shouldn`t exceed 1800 kcal. Feeling hungry eat dried apricots and raisin.
Advice: During this week don`t forget to drink mineral water (not fizzy and about 1,5 litre a day). Drink the first glass of water just after your morning awakening.
